La Ley de Bono de Alimentos y Medicinas para Pensionados y Jubilados, no es un Bono del libre albedr\u00edo del Dictador, no, es Una Ley que no podr\u00e1 ser omitida por \u00e9ste y debe ser pagada de acuerdo a la Sentencia del TSJ N\u00b0 327 del 28\/04\/2016, d\u00f3nde establece la Constitucionalidad de dicha Ley, la cual debe ser publicada en Gaceta Oficial y ejecutada, cosa que no se ha realizado en Desacato a esa decisi\u00f3n del TSJ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No andamos buscando protagonismo alguno ni queremos quitarle ni <\/a>restarle m\u00e9ritos a nadie de los que, por mucho tiempo, han luchado en pro del bienestar de los Adultos Mayores de nuestro pa\u00eds. Solo queremos informarle a todos los Pensionados y Jubilados que Maduro est\u00e1 en Desacato y se niega a pagarnos m\u00e1s de 95 meses del Bono Ley, que superan los 1.550 D\u00f3lares requeridos para mitigar nuestras necesidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
