La AN, el 5\/05\/2016 aprob\u00f3 en plenaria el informe de Viabilidad Econ\u00f3mica y se le envi\u00f3 (ese mismo d\u00eda) tanto al TSJ como a la Presidencia dicho informe, cumpliendo con la exigencia establecida en la Decisi\u00f3n de la Sentencia 327, es decir, que desde el 5 de mayo de 2016 y como lo establece el Art\u00edculo. 214 de la CRBV, el ejecutivo ten\u00eda 5 d\u00edas para publicar en Gaceta Oficial y ejecutar la Ley, y no lo ha hecho.
